Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on destination and courier performance.

  • Local orders: 2–5 business days
  • International orders: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

Note: Delivery times can be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package until delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
